12 Strong (12 Strong: The Declassified True Story of the Horse Soldiers) is an upcoming 2018 American war drama film and has a fantastic movie trailer. The movie was directed by Nicolai Fuglsig and written by Ted Tally and Peter Craig. It based on the CIA paramilitary officers and U.S. Special Forces sent to Afghanistan right after the September 11 attacks. The film stars Chris Hemsworth, Michael Shannon, Michael Peña, Navid Negahban, Trevante Rhodes, Elsa Pataky, William Fichtner, and Rob Riggle. The movie  will be  released in the USA on January 19th, 2018 by Warner Bros. Pictures.

So while look forward to plenty of action when 12 Strong finally debuts in theaters. 12 STRONG is set following after 9/11 in the harrowing days when a U.S. Special Forces team, led by their new Captain, Mitch Nelson. They are chosen to be the first U.S. troops sent into Afghanistan for a dangerous mission.

They must convince General Dostum the Northern Alliance commander to join with them and fight with the Taliban and Al Qaeda allies. In addition to overcoming mutual disbelief and a vast cultural divide. The Americans habituated to state of the art warfare must adopt the elementary tactics of the Afghani horse soldiers. The new allies face overwhelming disagreements outnumbered by a brutal enemy that does not take prisoners. The 12 Strong will show a little band of Americans drop in and really imbrue themselves in the local Afghan culture.
