The Star (previous name is The Lamb) is an upcoming American 3D computer-animated Christian comedy film and has an excellent movie trailer. It was written by Carlos Kotkin and Simon Moore and directed by Timothy Reckart. Based on the Nativity of Jesus, and of an original pitch by Tom Sheridan. The movie voice cast feature Kelly Clarkson, Steven Yeun, Aidy Bryant, Kristin Chenoweth, Anthony Anderson, Keegan-Michael Key, Gabriel Iglesias and Ving Rhames. It is scheduled to be released on November 10, 2017 by Columbia Pictures.

A little but brave donkey named Bo yearns for a life beyond his daily grind at the village mill. One day he discovers the courage to break free and finally goes on the adventure of his dreams. On his tour, he teams up with Ruth, a lovable sheep who has lost her flock and Dave with lofty aspirations. Along with three wisecracking camels and some curious stable animals. Bo and his new buddies follow the Star and become accidental heroes in the greatest story ever told, the first Christmas.
