Maze Runner: The Death Cure (also known simply as The Death Cure) is an upcoming American dystopian science-fiction action thriller film and has an awesome movie trailer. It was directed by Wes Ball and written by James Dashner, with a screenplay by T.S. Nowlin, based on The Death Cure, the final book in The Maze Runner trilogy. It is the third sequel of in the Maze Runner film series and final installment to the 2015 film Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials.

It's cast stars Kaya Scodelario, Dylan O'Brien, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Giancarlo Esposito, Aidan Gillen, Ki Hong Lee, Barry Pepper, Will Poulter and  Patricia Clarkson. The studio rescheduled the film for January 26, 2018 in 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D, allowing time for Dylan O'Brien to fully recover from his injuries sustained on-set. But Maze Runner: The Death Cure was originally set to be released on February 17, 2017, in the United States by 20th Century Fox.

After undergoing a blow from the encounter with WCKD in The Scorch Trials, Thomas is ready to lead the Gladers in a final assault on the legendary Last City. A labyrinth controlled by their enemies that could be the group's most hazardous trials yet. They need to save their buddies and discover the cure for the disease known as The Flare, but those that live to the end will also finally get the answers they’ve been finding for since their arrival in the maze.
